My experience was terrible and I will never go back and honestly, I want my money back!!
Pros: I liked NOTHING!
Cons: Everything!No bathtub; shower onlyRoom was the tiniest I have ever stayed inThe bathroom door was a slider and did not workThe woman at check-in was very unfriendlyMy bill was not under the door as they stated it would be when I needed to leave at 5:00am..I looked for someone for my bill and to return the key and found someone setting up the breakfastMy bill was incorrect...they OVERCHARGED me...I asked about it and he fixed it right then (or said he did) and gave me a copy of both bills....and the overcharged amount is the one they sent to the credit card!!We asked to just get a banana and a hard boiled egg which was right there and the man told me I had to wait 15 more minutes...which I couldn't do and needed to leave for the airport...it takes kindness, respect and understanding to simply allow the customer a banana and boiled egg!!!I would like a refund please! I will allow a few days to see if perhaps you guys at AAA can help with this, and if not I will call my credit card company when I get home on Tuesday and let them try to fix it; thank you!

Pros: Desk staff were mostly friendly.
Cons: They have bedbugs! We had them crawling up the walls and in bed with us. They put us in another room and promised the night would be free, but we never received a refund. I left 3 messages for the manager, without reply. She's always on vacation.????

Pros:
Cons: Manager was unprofessional and rude. Will not be staying at another sleep inn because of her. No hot water and their excuse was that they were at full capacity. Power went out and would only transfer us to Sleep inn half hour away instead of nearby hotel

Pros: The room was really nice. Comfortable bed, big shower, free Wi-Fi worked great, liked the free HBO channels, awesome business chair and desk, and loved the microwave and mini fridge in the room. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like was that the bathroom had a pocket door that wouldn't close all the way. There was a gap between the door and the wall that didn't give full privacy when using the toilet or shower.
