AAA Inspector Notes
The oversize studio suites, decorated in a tranquil pastel blue and green color palette, are well-suited for the business traveler, with large desks for getting work done and a pull-out chaise sofa. Rooms with king beds feature a walk-in shower. If you're sensitive to noise, try requesting a room on the parking lot side of the building since rooms on the street side are subject to the near-constant soft drone of traffic. Complimentary hot breakfast is served daily. Smoke free premises. 124 units. 5 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Pros: The decor is beautiful. Our room was very pleasant.
Cons: Add more fruit choices to breakfast buffet.

Pros: Hotel was good, construction was alittle messy and room was a little hot. Otherwise, updates were nice.
Cons: Construction in hallway were messy, items sitting everywhere on floor, rooms were a bit hot
Very Good
solo traveller
Pros: Staff very responsive to room issues. Issues with door lock, AC, and loud exhaust fan in bathroom. I was mov d to another room with staff assistance.

Pros: The hotel itself was very modern and clean. Its located in a great location with plenty of restaurants and access to major highways. The rooms are large enough to accommodate 5 people. The shower had great water pressure and Paul Mitchell products were a nice touch.
Cons: As past reviewers have stated, it was as though the air conditioning was not working. The hallways were extremely uncomfortable and hot and the room itself never got to a comfortable temperature despite being set to the lowest temp of 60. Traffic noise was out of control. Obviously the windows have zero soundproofing. Even my kids woke up throughout the night. The linens on one of the beds was stained (the fitted sheet) and very visible once you attempted to get in bed. The cleaning staff would have seen it while making the bed and chose to keep it on the bed. The third floor was also undergoing renovations. We went down for breakfast and there was sheetrock pieces littering the floor and buckets filled with water for wallpaper stripping left close to the elevators - easy to trip over if not paying attention especially young children. Can't say much about the breakfast either. While I realize its hard to complain about free food it was subpar. Had much better free breakfast at hotels charging half the price. Its a shame since the hotel itself is very striking and modern.

Pros: I liked the bed and the bathroom. The view in some of the rooms were nice. I switched rooms a couple of times. I loved the front desk supervisor, she was very patient and nice.
Cons: The hotel rooms, and hallways stunk, BAD. They were remodeling the 4th and 5th floor, that is the reason why I was switching rooms so much. The smell was just horrible. The pool was small, and I didn't even bother letting my kids go in it. There is only one elevator in the whole hotel, so if you get a room that is far down the hall prepare to walk. May not be a big deal for some but when you have little kids, it can get pretty tiring. The breakfast was no good. The eggs tasted like rubber, and the turkey sausage was no good. I took one bite and was done, ended up drinking some orange juice and a banana that morning. If you are traveling for work and just need a place to sleep and maybe some coffee to go in the morning, I would say great. If you are looking for some where to bring your kids and have a good time, please try else where. You will be disappointed.
