Pros: The location was superb
Cons: There were a few hidden cost that we weren't aware of before we checked in. We were charged a $50 incidental fee that is going to take 7-10 business days to recieve back in our account. Lady at the desk that checked us in was not friendly and very short when asked questions. WI'll stay at another upscale resort or hotel next visit to Charlotte. For the price I just expected more.

Pros: The location was great and convenient.
Cons: I don't mind paying if I receive good service. It cost me 40.00 to get out of the parking lot, the quote was 18.00. The staff made it a point to tell me about complimentary water in the fridge....there was no water. Getting in from the parking deck was a bit hectic. The spaces were so small, I couldn't get my suitcase out of my door.

Cons: The bed was super uncomfortable, room 607. I've stayed before the bed was much better.

Pros: We have stayed here numerous times for quick overnight trips. The location is fantastic. Love the small hotel vibe, friendly services, great bar, comfortable beds and nicely equipped bathrooms.
Cons: Price does get inflated during home Panthers games. Plan ahead!
