Pros: N/A
Cons: The room that I originally booked was not available to me. The administration decided to give me the room that they thought would appease me more...they were wrong. The King suite was a complete sauna for about 2 hours after checking in as the AC was broken. The technician brought two box fans to cool the room...Highly unacceptable for me. The pool was open however when my family entered the pool, 15 minutes later a staff member shouted at my children and myself to get out of the pool and that it would now have to be cleaned! I was infuriated even the more. We had to get out of the pool and looked for towels to dry off with near the hot tub and the same staff said that they had NO towels for us. As he walked away he said to me "I don't even know how you got in here"!!! I explained to him I had a key just like everyone else who had to use a key to enter the pool facilities. As angry as I became, we exited the pool, waited for the next elevator dripping wet while waiting to get on the 7th floor...totally unacceptable for the amount of money spent!!!!

A FANTASTIC 4th of July...
Pros: The Suite was fabulous because it was a high floor ant it was a. Or er room. The bathroom was wonderful. Always clean extra towels. The shower unbelievable fabulous. The tub sooo clean. Lots of closet space lots of hangers. Loved the slippers. WOW!! The TT must have been 6 feet . One in each room. There was even a 1/2 bathroom and a small closet in the front with an umbrella. Wanted to stay and not go home. It was truly lovely. I'm online now trying to find out the type of pillows they were because I want to buy 2. The bed linen so soft and comfortable. Wish they were in my bedroom at home. It was again great.
Cons: The only thing I disliked was that I only had 6 days there. I ate in the restaurant just once because my family came to take me around. In the morning there was coffee and pastries but did not have time to eat them. My family is always on time. Everyone was extremely nice and can't wait until I can return.

A Night to Remember!
Pros: The stafff was professional, helpful, friendly and accommodating! I felt right at ease as soon as I entered the doors of the hotel!! The room was exceptional and the city view breath taking. We were celebrating my husbands 45th birthday with friends, we started the evening in our executive suite, headed down for dinner at the restaurant (BLT STEAK) then ended the evening back in the suite until the wee hours of the morning. I could've asked for a better experience! Awesome!!
