This downtown eatery is a popular gathering spot for the after-work crowd. Its sophisticated atmosphere incorporates high ceilings, polished wood floors and accents, and creamy sheers scattered about columns and windows. A compliment from the chef starts the dining experience, which continues on to appetizers ranging from crab cakes to tuna tartare, then entrées of USDA certified Black Angus beef or fresh seafood. Lunch is served weekdays; expect dinner every night except Sunday. Seafood selections include Dover sole, Alaskan black cod, tuna and Maine lobster. The prix fixe menu option of three or four courses is well worth the money. Be sure to save room for dessert: The sweets are so incredibly out of this world, your plate will be lucky to survive the attack.
