Pros: The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was good. They had a pancake machine that made pancakes - they were good. I also loved the cinnamon rolls. Besides scrambled eggs, they had a small omelet one day. Lots of good food choices.
Cons: One hotel clerk was not very friendly, however, helpful. The ice bucket in our room still had water and a bag in it, however, we were able to get new ice bags.

Fantastic Hotel; worth the money!!!
Pros: Breakfast was so awesome!! It included hot food (bacon, sausage, eggs omelets, pancakes and more), not just continental. I was very impressed with the breakfast which provided individual small cartons of milk, juices, yogurts, oatmeal and my favorite International Delight coffee creamers. Also, the rooms were amazing with a full kitchen that included dishes, pots/pans, silverware and kitchen hand towels. All around this is a fantastic location to stay at.
Cons: There is only one elevator in the entire hotel. This was somewhat inconvenient.

Cons: Upgrade linen/pillow quality. Happy to pay a little extra as anoption. Linen at Portofino Bay in Universal was awesome! A few HamptonInns / Comfort Inns also a preference for me. Swann in Disney alsovery good. The comfort of the bed and linen are in the top 3 ofimportance for me when choosing a hotel. This stay was due to HurricaneMatthew. Hotel choice limited. Sections of the hallway were hot/humid. No problem in room. Bathroom vent very dusty. You could see thethick accumulation through the vent. I wiped off the exterior portion ofthe vent as I am highly allergic to dust. Thanks for the opportunity toprovide feedback. Overall the stay was fine.

Super Great Clean and Friendly!!!!
Pros: This hotel was beyond my expectations. We travel a lot and I never write reviews but the staff, right down to housekeeping were amazing. Wish every hotel could be like this. Wish I had pillow at home as wonderful as the one here and the bed was very comfy.

NEVER BEEN SO UNWELCOME
Pros: Evening staff was nice. Had rented a NON-SMOKING room but it reeked of smoke. Staff
offered that "all our rooms are non-smoking"
but manager after coming to the room acknowledged the smell of cigarette smoke.
He offered to change my room but only had one other room available. I was so tired after a 6 hour drive that I just cranked up the AC to help with the smell.
Cons: Morning staff VERY RUDE. Checkout was at noon and was just ready to ask for a late checkout when the in-room phone rang at
ten minutes to 12:00 with the desk clerk
asking if I needed housekeeping or did I want to pay for another night. I clearly had the DO NOT DISTURB sign on my door so no I didn't need housekeeping. Told the clerk I would be out of the room very shortly. Was half dressed when housekeeping knocked on my door about five minutes later to ask the same question (still had DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door!). Was NEVER made to feel SO UNWELCOME at any hotel. They were literally trying to push me out the door of a hotel I had paid for. Have been staying at Holiday Inns for decades but will never stay with them again. Hampton Inns here I come!

Pros: Loved the extra amenities in the bathroom as well as the choices in the vending machine. Love the Keurig coffee and the fact that they gave you 4 cups and not 2!
