AAA Inspector Notes
Rooms are spread across two buildings, each featuring simple decor with small task tables traditional bedding. The annex building's rooms are slightly smaller with basic bathroom decor. The bustling lobby diner serves breakfast and lunch. Too new to rate, opening scheduled for November 2016.

Pros:
Cons: The hotel is in bad shape, under construction... I would wait until the rebranding is finished or you will be disappointed.

Pros: The location is close to medical facilities. The staff was great considering the re-modeling mess.
Cons: Didn't realize you were under a remodel and there was no dinning.

Pros: That the hotel is close to the hospital as my so has a brain tumor.
Cons: A sign on the front door saying registration was on the 8th floor. We took our bags up there to register, just to find out we were not staying in that building we were staying in another building all together. So we had to take all our bags back down and go to the other building. Then our key would not open the door to get in the building. When we got in the rooms they did not smell very good. They smelled very stale as though they had not been open in a while. Another elderly customer could not get her key to work, then had no soap in the bathroom, she tried to call the desk but nobody would answer. She could not go back to the other building or go back up to the eighth floor to get help, so we gave her the soap. Just not a good experience.
