Pros: Exceptionally nice at $240 per night. I have a severe problem with the price gouging that apparently is standard in the town around Duke University. On the weekends when people visit they double their prices. I can see no other word for this other than price gouging
Cons: it was an exceptionally nice place but as mentioned above when I want to go back during a more busy weekend the prices simply double. That is just not acceptable
