Stay here when in Edenton,...
Pros: The staff and management took care of us during the snowstorm - they even provided lunch and dinner at no cost when we the city shut down.

OVERALL, MY STAY WAS VERY...
Pros: The food was Good,but your FOOD SERVICE OPERATOR WAS NOT VERY COURTEOUS. A lot of people take food to their rooms and they take more than one plate,but the food service operator saw me getting a plate and she made this comment:...YOU MUST BE TAKING FOOD OUTSIDE, NOW I HAVE TO COOK MORE FOOD(12-16-17). I SAW OTHER PEOPLE FIXING PLATES AND TAKING THEM BACK TO THEIR ROOMS OR SOMEWHERE AND SHE DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING. I THOUGHT WE(CUSTOMERS) WERE ALLOWED TO TAKE FOOD BACK TO OUR ROOMS. I'VE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL SERVAL TIMES BUT THIS HAS NEVER HAPPEN.
Cons: THE FOOD SERVICE CO-ORDINATOR...HER ATTITUDE WAS NOT IN ORDER. SHE NEEDS TO BE REMINDED THAT SHE IS THERE TO SERVE THE PEOPLE AND IF THEY WOULD LIKE TO TAKE FOOD BACK TO THEIR ROOMS..ITS THEIR RIGHT. HER RESPONSIBILITY IS TO MAKE SURE THERE IS PLENTY OF FOOD
