Pros: It was a great hotel! Everyone was nice, it was very clean, and the finishes were up to date. Great breakfast! Wonderful water pressure in shower!
Cons: Beds were too hard. This made it hard to get comfy and fall asleep. Refrigerator also made an annoying buzzing sound which didn't help!

Pros: The people. Lovely woman at front desk when I came in and she was there the next morning. She had a lovely gentleman help me with computer problems. Breakfast was great.

The pool was small but convenient with plenty of lounge chairs and two large tables. Breakfast was very good and I don't usually enjoy buffet breakfast. Pancakes, scrambles eggs, toast , muffins, cinnamon rolls were very good, coffee, juice and choice of bread for toast.
Pros: Every staff member was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and located near many shopping centers and one mall. Also a variety of restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend staying.
Cons: No

Very Good

Pros: When my wife and I checked in on the 27th, we were given room 410, nice and clean but guess what? The AC did not work. The two charming front desk women, stepped up and moved us to room 123, where the AC worked, thank goodness.
Cons: Just that the AC did not work in the first room and the inconvenience of have to pack up our "stuff", prior to relocating to the room on the first floor.

Pros: Very friendly, helpful staff from the front desk to housekeeping. They kept their wits dealing with a hurricane. The room was very spacious and clean. We were glad to have refrigerator and microwave during hurricane. Bed was vey comfortable.
Cons: The toaster at breakfast did not work at all and the juice machine was not working.
