Pros: The room was updated and very clean! The staff was friendly.
Cons: We stayed in room 316 and a street light shined in the room all night. We tried to close the blackout curtains but they did not shut the whole way leaving about 2 foot gap. It was unfortunately very disappointing. Plus, it was so expensive for a one night stay.

Pros: The facility was lovely, well appointed, and sparkling clean.
Cons: The staff did not follow the most fundamental protocols for friendliness. I had a printout of our reservation and the person checking us in still maintained we had only one, not two rooms. No eye contact. Took phone calls as we stood in front of her. When my husband talked with the manager, he first sarcastically said he was sorry we couldn't be the center of attention. He finally apologized but avoided eye contact the rest of the visit. This was our 12th room night in a Hampton Inn in the past two weeks. It is the only time we have ever had a bad experience.

Pros: Great Hotel! Everythings
Cons: I am upset with Booking.com I booked with them and they had no reservation scheduled for me when I got to the hotel!!
