Pros: The shower had great water pressure. The room and facilities were clean and the staff were so welcoming friendly and informative... which after a 12 hour drive was much needed!
Cons: Room #118, clear smell of mold with a hint of Lysol. Drove 7 1/2 hrs to arrive at a handicap room. Returned from dinner to an unbearable smell of sewage in our room for the evening. No other rooms available at any other hotel (sewage vapors can be toxic) Hotel attendant sprayed with frebreeze and said that's all they could do but was aware there was a problem before. Told us the next day that the odor seemed to be gone and that they would not book the room to anyone else. We asked for a refund at this point and they told us to contact you. Left with a headache! Would like a response from you please???
Pros: I was impressed with the cleanliness which is why I chose the Hampton Inn anyway.
Cons: The compressor on the air conditioning was too loud as it cut on and off throughout the night.
Cons: BED BUGS AND MOLD SMELL IN THE ROOM. THEY WOULD NOT REFUND US FOR THE STAY. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE......DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!

Cons: The room smelled very, very strongly to something like "Lysol", or something....??? It was terrible!!!!! It gave a me huge headache, it affected my sleep and it triggered my allergies!!!! Was totally NOT counting on it!!!!

Cons: This might seem small, but after working everyday, getting to hotel and being able to buy a half bottle of wine in your snack shop would be the best. I'm a Marriott rewards customer. It seems like you're competing with a Courtyard property, I went to Indianapolis 500 the weekend prior to my stay with you, in a courtyard for 5 nights...having alcohol was the only thing they had over you. It might be a regional issue, but that was my only complaint.
