Pros: Location was great. Needed to be on the south side of Raleigh and it was easy to get into downtown Raleigh from this location.
Cons: Refrigerator control was broken and it froze some medicine which I need to keep refrigerated. Mentioned this at checkout, but since I prepaid for the room, I was given a small gift card to IHOP. Also, door card keys had to be reprogrammed 3-4 times.

Pros: The hotel was clean and well cared for. Located very close to where I was working.
Cons: Arrived late in the evening...9:45pm. I was informed there was no reservation made for me. The hotel was booked, but they had just had a cancellation. The front desk had to call the manager to figure out how to force enter my reservation.
