Pros: The staff were all so friendly and the place was very clean.
Cons: The breakfast was not good. The eggs had a odd smell to them so I settled for a beagle that was just ok. I honestly didn't care tho all hotel breakfast are about the same. I'm just greatful that they even offered us anything. :-)

a smile, and encouraging words.
We were placed in a nice room on the 2nd
floor with a full beautiful view of the vineyards. Yeah!
Cons: Can't think of a thing
Pros: Bed very comfortable.
Cons: Dust thick on air conditioner and furniture, coffee maker next to toilet, silverfish in bathroom. Staff does not pay attention to special room requests.
Cons: Quiet location
Pros: Bed was so comfortable and the room was very clean! We had a beautiful view of the vineyard from the vineyard view rooms. Continental breakfast was so great with lots of options!
Pros: Clean, location to Childress Vineyard.
Cons: Light bulb out over sink in bathroom, shower drips. Desk attendant refused to break a $100.00 bill. Pillows are too soft.

Pros: Staff working at the checkin desk were super nice!
Pros: Nice Room Size, beautiful views, clean and neat.
Cons: The breakfast bar ran out of a lot of the selections at 8:30. When I asked the staffer taking care of the bar she told me it was closing down at 10:00 so they were not going to restock the missing items. We would have to choose from what was left which was mostly cereal and fruit. Not the hot breakfast advertised. Also since this is located near a vineyard - I would suggest that the price of $169.00 a night you should include a manager's reception with snacks and beer and wine. So many of the other hotels are doing it now - you need to keep up especially at the winery.

Pros: The location was wonderful, right next to a vineyard. The room was comfortable and the maid staff were awesome!
Cons: The front desk staff seemed to be unfamiliar with Booking.com and weren't very helpful.
