Pros: The beds were very comfortable and the staff was very friendly.
Cons: They really were not prepared for the amount of people that were staying at the hotel. They ran out of coffee in the morning and people had to wait. They also had a hard time keeping up with the food. I dont think the desk staff communicated to the kitchen staff how many people were staying at the hotel. Also we had an issue with our cards declining when we checked in. They knew that the addresses in the system were not always correct when the reservations were booked on line which would cause the cards to decline. So instead of saying something it took us a while to figure out what was happening. Wouldn't you think that would have been the first thing that they would have asked!!

Pros: Helpfulness of staff in locating restaurants & variety/quality of breakfast.
Cons: Relatively long drive to restaurants.
