Historic. In the heart of the Holly Inn, the dining room is a study of masculine elegance with a dramatic vaulted and beamed ceiling. The dinner menu reflects upscale Carolina cuisine with seasonally changing and creative preparations of seafood, beef, pork and poultry. The triple chocolate soufflé is a perennial favorite, but the other house-made desserts are just as tempting. Another guest favorite are the sweet potato biscuits and breads which accompany each dinner. A buffet breakfast is served daily.
