Marbles Kids Museum

Marbles Kids Museum is at 201 E. Hargett St. (at Blount St.). An indoor play space geared toward children ages 1-11, the museum—which has the appearance of a giant rec room—is stocked with toys and playthings. Kids can “drive” an actual city bus, walk the plank on a pirate ship and make a birdhouse with real tools.

Note: A photo ID is required for adults unaccompanied by children.

Picnicking is permitted. Food is available. Time: Allow 2 hours minimum.
