Pros: location
Cons: Room was dirty. Balcony was old- door track needed updated. Did not feel it was very safe. Paint on elevators was awful. Not Hilton standards in my opinion. Very disappointed. Front desk clerk was rude. Shower was broken.

Pros: Good location
Cons: A very high price for a very basic room. There should at least be a fridge and microwave. The business center was poor. The computers don't even let you print plane tickets, which is rather unhelpful. The guy at the front desk had no clue what he was doing and messed up my bill and it took over an hour to get a hold of anyone at the restaurant.

Pros: The staff was great, especially Rodney! He was very helpful during my stay. He changed my opinion of the hotel. I was disappointed with the hotel itself. I think it was overpriced. Because of Rodney, I'm glad I stayed at this hotel.
Cons: I think it was overpriced for the product. Parking became an issue.
