Pros: The air conditioner was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and we slept great. But it was the things that you DON'T notice that made this place stand out. For instance, it wasn't until we were leaving that I realized that I hadn't heard ANY noise from adjacent rooms or under-door noise from the hallway. It was also things like having electrical outlets in every lamp AND in easily accessible strips near the desk (which also had USB ports). There was a perfectly located towel hook by the shower door, a bathroom counter with plenty of room for our "stuff," and my wife actually mentioned how much she liked their toiletries.
This was a very new hotel (opened October 2017) when we stayed in November, but there were none of the service issues that sometimes crop up before hotels can shake out their processes.
Everyone was both friendly and efficient, and we couldn't have told that they hadn't been open for years if it weren't for how shiny-new everything looked.
Cons: The exit from Capital Boulevard could be better marked. Also, once you turn in, the front of the hotel isn't visible, and you can go around the building to the right or the left. I didn't see any signs that I needed to go to the left. (Guess which way I went.) Still, it only added about 45 seconds to the process.
