Pros: The staff remembered our names and why we were there. It made it feel a little more like home.
Cons: It's not a dislike, but would love a bigger room service selection.

Pros: Good: I was offered a higher floor which I appreciated, the bed was cozy, the shower was lovely, and the location was pretty perfect for my needs. Also there was a mini fridge in my room which I hadn't known there would be but it came in very handy!
Cons: The breakfast is expensive, especially if you don't eat much. I opted for scrambled eggs which were very dry ; ( Once taxes and breakfast were added to my bill my originally very reasonable cost was up $30.
