Mediocrity with an inflated price...
Pros: Cleanliness of the room!
Cons: I didn't like that the breakfast was not included in the 150.00 fee for the room. Booking.com advertises breakfast on property when trying to get people to book, but failed to say that the breakfast was seperate price from the room fee. Breakfast buffet was 12.99 per person, and for a family of four, that's not economical. Booking.com has not been forthcoming and truthful with the customer which leads me not to reserve with Booking.com.

Pros: The room was nice but nothing fancy. Felt more like a 3 star overall. Small bathrooms w cracked porcelain in tub.
Cons: No availability to upgrade due to mediocre room, even if I paid the upcharge. Room service was quick but food was average. A fruit cup with granola was taken out of a Starbucks fridge and put on tray. Granola was mushy and gross

Pros: This was the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in. Doors shutting and conversations echoed down the hallway at 5 a.m. The cleaning staff was very loud at mid-day. The front desk staff was very apologetic and kind.

Pros: Decently clean.
Cons: Hard to sleep because of the ice machine running all night. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel left me feeling uncomfortable to go places alone.

Pros: The location was very convenient - close to major highways and downtown. Also it is a modern hotel with full amenities like room service.
Cons: The staff was not very friendly. Seemed it was a chore for them to answer questions & they did not offer any information unless asked.
