Pros: Convenient location, just off I-95 South. We used this as a one night stop over during a road trip. The bed was firm and really comfortable and there was a good choice at breakfast, though did have to ask for butter as there was none laid out (not run out, they didn't seem to have put any out in the first place and only then brought enough out for just me)
Cons: My usual complaint of hotels in the US is that despite the size of the room (King with large sofa bed) the bed was really close to the air conditioning unit with barely room to walk by when getting in/out of bed. Would be much easier to have the sofa near the air con and would save discomfort for those with dust allergies!

Cons: I was treated horribly at the beginning of my stay being a bride with her groom and wedding party using the space to get ready. I should not have been told that I could go to Hampton Inn. I should not have been told that my rooms for the bride (me) and groom were given away but suddenly given the same room that was "not available" once my uncle spoke to the GM. I should not have been talked down to by the employee who checked me in and spoke to me on the phone. I spent a great deal of money and expected to be treated as such. The GM did what she could to fix the issue but the way I was patronized left a sour taste in my mouth that could not be erased.

Cons: My bed was full of hair but it was so late when I arrived that I ended up sleeping between the loose sheet and the cover, which gave me a rash. The coffee was also watery and the printer in the business center did not work. I can't believe how expensive this was for the quality.

Pros: The room was clean and very comfortable. We were happy to stay there. Once we were on the property the staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: It was impossible to call the property directly for a reservation. On our initial attempt we were put on hold for over 5 minutes and then disconnected. We called back twice but the phone was never answered. If it wasn't for On*Star we would have never gotten a reservation.
