Good location and clean. However, the building is needing some "Updating" and carpetin is old. Painting is very evident. The wall paper strips in the room will not improve the appearance when repairs(elevator)doors, walls, etc need painting. Please improve, you have national reputation to up hold. the price for this facility is out of line, too high!
Pros: The staff and location.
Cons: The mattress in room 203 was hard and uncomfortable. We left there and spent the (Saturday night) in Dunn NC at a Holiday Express and the bed mattress was superior. We had a very restful night. I like Hampton Inns however, there beding (mattresses ) are

This was the closest hotel to the event I attended that had a vacancy. Probably the best hotel in that area, but not worth $--- per night for a single. Same room is normally $--- per night. Water from sink smelled like boiled eggs,no odor from shower. The breakfast was good, but sausage could have cooked longer.
Pros: Very clean and quiet.
Cons: Price!

BRING YOUR WHOLE FAMILY TO...
Pros: The wonderful lady Pam was fantastic. She was training a lovely lady too.We could not get the tv to work so she came with her trainee to fix it.later we had trouble getting my computer to hook up.The computer was brought down and it was fixed immediately. The new rooms were decorated so beautifully! I would not think of better decorating.I have terrible asthma and had to set the at conditioner very low.On Saturday we had to leave due to my terrible coughing .They did all they could to help us.There were big hugs and much concern.Genuine concern,Someone needs to go down there from Hampton Inn headquarters to give a personal award to Pam.She was very gtood to her trainee also.Great job !
Cons: Nothing except more ice on the milk. All the milk was in date but one milk was starting to taste a little off.The lady in charge was very attentive to everyone !
