Cons: The room wasn't the top another group I was traveling with had a much better room just down the hall. The room I was in needed to be renewed. I will except it wasn't up to standards due to the fact that I booked the wrong type of room.

Pros: The desk clerk at arrival was absolutely one of the nicest people persons, I have ever encountered at a hotel. She was a lovely person.
Cons: Was so gross. We booked online and expected a normal room and all they had was a handicap room. There was blood on the sink and room stunk. If I didn't have my kids I would have slept in my car.

Pros: Location great. Easy to find. Room configuration was good, sofa, wet bar in one space, bed in another, decent size bathroom. Staff very friendly. Room very clean.
Cons: Bed no longer firm. Pillows very skimpy, thin. Had to request more pillows to adjust for that. Towels very thin and they gave us only two of each. I had to request more towels just to wash my long hair.
Breakfast: NO meat whatsoever, on all three mornings. NO fruit either. Eggs were an egg "product" rather than fresh eggs. Coffee in some of the carafes was tepid all three mornings. Had to test to find the hottest one.
Smoking vs non-smoking: This place apparently has SOME smoking rooms. So that ruins the air in those rooms that are non-smoking, like mine. There is an air vent in the bathroom that is connected to all the vents in all other rooms so the bathroom smells faintly like cigarettes from that vent. Kept that door closed for that reason.

Pros: The staff was super friendly and helpful! The breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage gravy and biscuits, cereal, yogurt, pastries and breads - pretty substantial for a "free" breakfast! There where adequate electrical outlets to charge devices and use a CPAP to sleep. I didn't use it, but they did have a small business center with a computer, etc.
Cons: They do not have a pool - but for an overnight stay, you really don't have time to relax by the pool anyway.

Pros: Size of the room and amenities are what I enjoyed best about the hotel being that I was not staying long. Also, still waiting on call back on issue with previous billing. HUMMM!
Cons: Housekeeping is always an issue with me when dealing with hotels. The issue that I found here was hair in my bed, which I was moved to another room with no issue. The next room given, the bed was dated. It felt as though I was sinking like a ship at sea.

Pros: Easy check in/out. Everything as described. Clean. Excellent TV, good WiFi. Good price. Only had to sleep over on the way from Florida back to Canada. Left at 6 am, so missed the breakfast.
Cons: Sound insulation is zero. Thanks Lord there was no hanky panky going on above or below, but when someone sneezed two rooms down the hall, I mumbled "Bless you" and got a "Thank you" in reply. I could count every toilet flush within 4 rooms radius.
