Compact rooms are crowded with mixed styles of older furnishings, including large armoires and credenzas which house closet space, a mini-fridge and a microwave oven. Bedding is comfortable, with plump mattress pads on your choice of a king or two queen beds. A few one-bedroom suites are available. Some ground-floor rooms offer the convenience of at-door parking, and others face the landscaped courtyard or seasonal pool. The property is close to the hospital, so ambulance sirens are not an unusual sound here. If you're a light sleeper, ask for a room on the south side of the building to be farther from the street, or bring ear plugs.
107 units. 2 stories (no elevator), exterior corridors.
This was a bad experience. The hotel was showing it's age. The room was dirty (carpet and walls). I will be hesitant to select the 2-star Quality Inn brand again.
Pros: The hotel was conveniently located from the major highway.
Cons: This hotel requires extensive renovations.
Pros: Friendly staff, decent breakfast, fair value for the price paid.
Cons: Lived up to it's 2 star rating. No complaints.
Pros: The breakfast buffet was good. More options than expected, including waffles, eggs and sausage.
Cons: Extremely disappointed in the cleanliness of room. There was a burn hole in my sheet (this was a no smoking room!), stains on the blanket, and mold on inside of shower curtain. A/C also didn't work well (took hours before cooled) and decor was outdated.
