AAA Inspector Notes
This is where the locals eat, so peak meal times are typically busy. Thankfully, the wait for a table passes swiftly and the delectable menu is worth every minute. Award-winning breakfasts abound, omelets, pancakes, scrambles, skillets and Benedicts, ranging from the ordinary to the “egg-strordinary.” Sandwiches include a Reuben, a BLT worthy of a knife and fork and a croissant stuffed with Waldorf-chicken salad. Service is brisk but friendly. Their signature broccoli salad with raisins, sunflower seeds, a secret sauce and more can be a scrumptious entrée or side dish.
