Under renovation, moving it upscale. The breakfast area is small, but the equipment and food are better than Hampton Inn and others like that. State of the art coffee machine and other things show this management is serious about having a great mountain type hotel. New fitness center is about to open. Lacks an elevator, but you can park on the high side, so you don't need an elevator for the second floor. I was very impressed with the beds, showers, TV, and management, all new furniture and carpets. Keeps a mountain and older flavor but adds very modern rooms with new, quiet AC units.
Pros: The mattresses and bedding were great, the TV was new and huge, the AC quiet, the balcony gives great views of mountains. Breakfast area is small, but the equipment and food are excellent (for this type of gratis breakfast). Management is dedicated, including maintenance man. You couldn't do much better than this for the price
Cons: No elevator, but upper level parking more or less does away with that need. Construction of drive prevented me from using upper parking this trip, but it will soon be done.
