This 1926 golf resort has seen its fair share of changes over the years. Although much of the main inn is original, several new sections with golf course or mountain views have been added over time.
Smoke free premises. 111 units, some two bedrooms and cottages. 1-3 stories, interior/exterior corridors. Accessibility (Call).
Pros: Staff was extremely accommodating. Grounds were immaculate. Meal prices in the casual dining facility (Cask and Cleaver?) was reasonable and the food was excellent.
Pros: The breakfast buffet was a nice way to start the day. Waynesville is a cute little town with some good restaurants.
Pros: Eggs fluffy, bed not like a cloud but ok
Cons: The room was dated but the balcony and view were magnificent
Cons: Thermostat didn't work very well. Food in lunch/dinner place was not prepared properly and I didn't have time for them to redo it.
Pros: We liked that you have a restaurant and a lounge, comfortable room, nice view, convenient to downtown, good food, and overall very appealing. The staff was over the top with kindness, generous and friendly. We will definitely return.
Cons: No bad experiences. I would like to make a recommendation. Create a brochure so it can be shared immediately with friends. I'm aware that your website in online, however, many times there are those with no access to a computer. Having a brochure in hand is great advertisement!
