Pros: The room was very clean. The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and informative. (All staff was really nice and smiled, which was very good to see) The breakfast bar was amazing. Robert was really happy to be able to get an omelet. Would recommend to everyone.
Unpretentious Homey Property with Great...
Pros: Staff was extremely accommodating. Grounds were immaculate. Meal prices in the casual dining facility (Cask and Cleaver?) was reasonable and the food was excellent.
An escape to the mountains.
Pros: The breakfast buffet was a nice way to start the day. Waynesville is a cute little town with some good restaurants.

Pros: We liked that you have a restaurant and a lounge, comfortable room, nice view, convenient to downtown, good food, and overall very appealing. The staff was over the top with kindness, generous and friendly. We will definitely return.
Cons: No bad experiences. I would like to make a recommendation. Create a brochure so it can be shared immediately with friends. I'm aware that your website in online, however, many times there are those with no access to a computer. Having a brochure in hand is great advertisement!
