Pros: The sleep number beds in the room were a nice touch. I had the best nights sleep I've had in years.
Cons: Lack of signs indicating where all the hotel amenities were located, such as the restaurant,bar, hot tubs, etc. The entire time I was there the concierge desk was never manned and the front desk had only one employee who was always busy.

Pros: It looks as expected for a 3 star. Rooms are clean, maids are friendly.
Cons: Probably the worst customer service experience of my life. I stay at 5-8 hotels a month, and I've never once been treated this badly. It's been 8 days, and I'm still waiting on a call back from hotel management.
