Pros: Great corner room, very comfortable bed. Nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
Cons: We like coffee in the morning so would be great to have two packets each of caffeinated coffee

Pros: Great location(close to Broadway), handy parking, nice facility.
Cons: Air Conditioner did NOT cool down the room. I got up at 4AM and reset thermostat to 63F. It was still to warm at 8AM when we got up. The Controller for the Sleep Number Bed(??) would only display "ER".Great room,

Pros: The dial up comfort bed was fantastic. The location was within walking distance of tourist sites and restaurants. The Zest restaurant in hotel had good and reasonably priced meals.

Pros:
Cons: Could not get ticket for comedy club. They had enough space , but we did not get seats

Pros: The manager upgraded us due to a Booking.com misleading reservation.
Cons: Booking.com's reservation told us we had a King Exec, but they told the hotel we had a double with a preference for king. This caused an error on check-in. The local manager had to rectify the situation, which he did very well, but which he shouldn't have had to do. we also had to change rooms, for which we were grateful. But it was inconvenient and embarrassing. Booking.com, you can do better. The Radisson was great.
