AAA Editor Notes
North Dakota Museum of Art is on the University of North Dakota campus at 261 Centennial Dr. Surrounded by 67 granite stones arranged in a circular pattern, the museum is housed in a former gymnasium that was transformed into an airy, light-filled space containing three exhibition galleries. The permanent collection focuses on national, international and Native American contemporary art from the early 1970s to the present. Traveling exhibitions are presented regularly.
