Dakota Buttes Museum, 400 11th St. S., is a complex of four refurbished buildings and outdoor exhibits covering more than a century of southwestern North Dakota history. Displays include a horse-drawn fire truck and hose cart, a Titanic survivors exhibit, a collection of early 20th-century farm machinery, vehicles from the first half of the 20th century and railroad memorabilia. The Hall of Flags display highlights homesteaders' ethnic backgrounds.
