The fine seasonal menu features such northern fish as Arctic char and halibut, and game meats including musk ox and caribou along with Canadian AAA grade steaks. Great starters include creamy seafood chowder and duck confit ravioli. Other entrées feature veal purse stuffed with spinach spaetzle with a Guinness glace and tandoori lamb rack. The desserts are works of art. Lunch offerings are of a lighter nature with a variety of soups, salads, sandwiches and pasta.
