Pros: The location of the building was great. The breakfast facilities were great.
Cons: The cost was ridiculous. I feel that they increased the rate knowing there would be a large influx of travelers to town that weekend due to a soccer tournament.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and the place was quite clean.
Cons: The bed was as hard as a rock and neither myself or spouse slept good at all. The breakfast area was small but very clean.

Pros: A recognized national hospitality chain brings consistency to the experience. That's why we choose them. You can count on things being done well; that the beds, linens and towels are fresh and clean and the room feels welcoming. Bath fixtures and the tiled floor are clean and running well. Hi speed internet, quiet wall air exchanger and large flat screen TV. A bit of a price premium but, in our view, worth it.
Cons: If you know how many guests are staying overnight and if you've got the experience of a national chain of hotels that surely must keep track of knowing how people cycle through for breakfast, you should be able to adequately prepare for your guests. Oops. Very congested, waiting at food stations, not enough seating, ran out of food items and coffee. A national hotelier should have this figured out. I hope they do the next time we stay in one of their operations.
