Chef Dale Nichols and his culinary team craft creative entrées that are beautifully presented and influenced by local products. The menu also has casual fare including a selection of gourmet burgers, pasta dishes and traditional favorites. On Sundays they serve an array of selections during their ever-popular brunch. Choices include some breakfast favorites such as eggs Benedict, sausage, bacon, waffles and an omelet station. You will also find fresh pasta and garden salads, a meat carving station, and a selection of fine desserts that includes gluten-free options. If you miss the brunch buffet, don't despair. There's also a Sunday dinner buffet. Reservations are highly recommended for both buffet services.
