Atlantic Canada Aviation Museum is at 20 Sky Blvd. across Hwy. 102 from Halifax Stanfield International Airport. A comprehensive collection depicts Atlantic Canada’s civil and military aviation history, beginning with the first powered flight in 1909.
A hangar displays flight simulators, home-built aircraft and restored vintage aircraft, including fighter planes, crop dusters, helicopters and rescue aircraft. Artifacts include photographs, uniforms, medals, aircraft engines and weapons.
