Pros:
Cons: The "complimentary limo" to downtown was actually a town car which was not clearly written on the information sheet. My fiends ended up needing to take a taxi instead which was an expense we weren't prepared for. The wifi couldn't even load music without pausing every few seconds. The front desk staff were rude and the door man was incredibly unhelpful when asked questions.

Pros: Hotel restaurant was excellent and great local restaurants in easy walking distance. A relatively easy walk through the public garden, the Citadel and if you don't mind a thirty minute walk to the waterfront.

Pros: The staff we dealt with were helpful and accommodating. We have to ask for a number of things that were not in the room upon our arrival. (enough glasses and towels etc) The servers at breakfast were very efficient.
Cons: Too bad not every room has a refrigerator. They did bring one up for us when we asked. The location is good but the entrance is a little tricky when your driving.

Pros: The hotel location and quiteness.
Cons: On Sept 12 at night time my room card did not work suddenly, and I went to the reception to update the card so I can enter my room. That young blonde girl asked me for my passport in order to fix the card. I told her that my passport in my room, she embaresed my in front of people, fortunetly I have an id in my wallet, I gave her the ID she hesitated to accepted and I told her this is the only id I have with me and everything is in my room. The other staff were very nice except her. This is my bad experience at your hotel She should act nicely and send somebody to see my passort not considering me a thieve in front of people. These cards normally loose their activation if they sometimes touch our mobiles in our pockets, and all hotels in all of my life ( I am 60 years old and a professor) do update card with no reseason to suspect their customers. Thank you
