Pros: The location is really central and the hotel is very clean,modern with large rooms.The reception staff were very friendly.
Cons: The parking is too expensive and it is cheaper to use public parking lots. Unfortunately there is a lot of noise til 2am from a nearby nightclub if you sleep at the back of the hotel.

Pros: New modern hotel in central downtown location with very comfortable beds. Location is great being a couple of minute walk to the harbour, museums, and nightlife.
Cons: I have stayed in hundreds of hotels over the years and this is the second time that I was unable to extend the check out time by at least an hour. The front desk staff were very inflexible. It is also very difficult to find parking in this area.

Pros: Hotel was located downtown close to waterfront. Food and room service was very good. Room was quiet and comfortable. Onsite parking was nice but pricey ($19.95.day plus tax) Lots of restaurants, shopping and attractions within easy walking distance.
Cons: Found staff rude and unaccommodating at times. Housekeeping did not do a very thorough job some days. Maintaining comfortable temperature in room was a challenge. Wear and tear starting to show on in room furniture.

Cons: Very limited parking ( $20.00 ). When we returned to the hotel after 10:00 we were forced to park in a reserved spot. They don't have any other parking areas and parking in the downtown core is very limited.
