Musquodoboit Railway Museum is on Hwy. 7 in the center of town. A restored 1916 station of the Canadian National Railway houses a large collection of Nova Scotian railway memorabilia and photographs. Equipment and rolling stock, including a rail snowplow, diesel engine, flat car, caboose and smoker/baggage car, are on the grounds. A tourist information bureau also is on-site.
Picnicking is permitted.
