Pros: This turned out to be a favored and for us somewhat of a sleeper location. The timbered lodge was filled with character and the food was excellent. We dined in the lounge, less formal and expensive that the reserved-seating restaurant. Our cabin room, although non-descript, had a superb bed and plenty of space, ideal for us. With location directly overlooking Northumberland Sound, the ability to swim, stroll the beach and simply enjoy incredible seascape was fantastic. Staff were kind. A superlative experience.
