I find the chef's use of local, traditional ingredients with tasteful presentations to be masterful.

Historic. Enjoy regional cuisine with a creative, modern flair in a unique atmosphere. The ancho pepper stuffed with huitlacoche and goat cheese is an excellent introduction to these local favorites. Additionally there are a range of mole-inspired dishes prepared with yellowtail, baby back ribs and chicken . Luscious desserts with an after-dinner mezcal make for a fine finish.
