I've seen lots of restaurants with wine lists but this is the first one I've seen with a gin list. It highlights the custom-made "Guild Series Gin."

The dining room, with its exposed wooden beams, Persian rugs, fireplace and green glass chandeliers, is decidedly more elegant than the name suggests. A craftsman-like approach to food is quite apparent in the seasonally-revised menu that makes abundant use of local ingredients. Open your dinner with oysters on the half shell or with an appetizer of stuffed poblano peppers with shrimp. Entrée offerings include a Duroc pork blade steak, roasted chicken and several seafood dishes.
