Poor

Filthy, low rent hovel.
Pros: Staff were nice. I must give credit to them. They were pleasant folks with great attitudes and smiled at everyone.
Cons: The place was filthy(and DON'T let them claim it was due to construction). Inside and out was gross. There were yellow stains all over the sheets and pillow cases. There were empty snack food wrappers on the ground around our bed where the room was obviously not cared for between guests. No places hardly available to park. When we returned in the evening to the hotel, there were groups of construction workers, Mexicans, and trashy hillbillies strewn all over the parking lot drinking and partying at their vehicles(weekly rates were obviously being awarded to these people), being drunk and loud, smoking marijuana openly, cat-calling my fiancé. The inside of hotel was no better. It was like the place turned into rave after sundown. They also let truckers line the sides of their driveway with their rigs and/or delivery trucks making it awkward to maneuver in and out of their lot. It's obvious that the hotel was built with the intention of being a nice higher quality facility, but lack of customers has caused them to embrace the local rif-raf, druggies, And shady outcasts of the local population in order to continue doing business. Trust me, unless you're looking for a party or to score some weed, I would stay away from this place.

Excellent Location, Price and Comfort
Pros: The desk clerk was friendly and accommodating when we checked in. She wrote down information for us such as hours for breakfast, pool hours and Wi Fi connections. She is an asset to Hampton Inn :-)
Cons: The pool could have been a little more cleaner
