Hebrew Union College—Jewish Institute of Religion is at 3101 Clifton Ave. Founded in 1875, this college is said to be America's oldest institution of higher Jewish education. The campus features the Skirball Museum Cincinnati Branch in Mayerson Hall, the Jacob Rader Marcus Center of the American Jewish Archives and the Klau Library and Ellenson Rare Book Room.
