Pros: The staff, especially the concierge and valets were extremely friendly and always pleasant.
Cons: Being located on the 2nd floor right above the Cricket cafe/bar area, the noise was disturbing at times and made it difficult to get rest in my room. It was noisy in the evening at the bar and the clatter came in to my room from the cafe when staff was prepping early in the morning for breakfast. The balcony and hallway doors could stand to be upgraded for better soundproofing, even something as simple as introducing white noise or adding weather stripping might help reduce the amount of noise entering the room.
