Since 1949, this clean and well-maintained chain of restaurants has enjoyed a cult-like popularity. Cincinnati-style chili, which is ideal for pouring over Coney dogs or spaghetti, comes from a secret family recipe made with a blend of Greek spices. The signature dish is the three-way: spaghetti, chili and cheddar cheese. The addition of beans or onions (or both) makes it four- or five-way. The building's exterior sports the trademark blue and yellow checkered design.
