Pros: Nice room and bath. Facilities where good overall. The lobby is a bit crowded on a Friday evening, but we were helped quickly. Free shuttle available, but we walked. Starbucks next door was great. Staff were friendly.
Cons: Price was a bit more than we usually pay for this type of room.

Pros: The proximity to the University (Case Western) and many other things in walking distance is excellent! The hotel is clean. The in house food selection could be much better. The beds were quite comfortable!
Cons: The in house food selection was limited and expensive. I find the addition of a simple breakfast buffet is a nice addition to a hotel when I travel. There are restaurants in the area, but except for Panera, no good breakfast close.
