Pros: The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the food at the restaurant was delicious and very reasonably priced.
Cons: Several times when trying to enter/leave the elevator, there were groups of rambunctious kids wet from the pool blocking the way. The elevators were between the front door and the lobby, so it made a bad first impression when I had difficulty getting in.

Pros: The hotel staff was extremely great. My wife is pregnant, and so had several requests throughout our stay. Each time they went out of their way to accommodate her and never a hesitation.
Cons: I suppose with any major city parking downtown is an issue, but we didn't realize the hotel charged $16/day to use their parking lot.

Pros: Coffee, proximity to agora venue, kind and friendly staff.
Cons: Swimming pool hours expensive parking although it was safe. And the misadvertisement for complmentary breakfast although it was really a breakfast buffet at 11.50$ a piece. the free coffee bar and hot tub were great during open hours.
