Housed in an 1895 bank and office building, this hotel features spacious guest rooms with unique features, like vintage hardwood floors and high ceilings, coupled with modern décor and amenities. Studio suites include a mini-fridge and microwave oven; a few have a jetted bathtub. Complimentary hot breakfast is served daily on the mezzanine level. The small game room features a pool table and a few arcade games. If you enter from Euclid Avenue through the vintage revolving door, you will be awed by the stunning rosette ceiling. The front desk is directly ahead. The mosaic tile and hardwood-floor hallways are gorgeous, but they also act as an echo chamber. So be mindful of your fellow guests and keep hallway conversations to a hush. Smoke free premises. 141 units. 16 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

This is the second time we stayed here. The location is perfect; right in downtown and within walking distance to all sports venues, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Lake Erie and other downtown sites. The hotel is a former bank building and you can definitely feel that vibe. The rooms are HUGH with nice high ceilings and windows, hardwood floors and very, very clean. My only complaint is that the air conditioning was hard to control. One night the room was stuffy, the next time a little too cold. This is definitely our "go-to" place when travelling to Cleveland!
Pros: Location; room size; hotel appearance
Cons: Hard to regulate the air conditioning in the room

It was in a convenient location. We valeted our car, so we were able to walk around to many retaurants and tourist sites. Everyone we spoke with was very pleasant and couldn't do enough for us. The room was huge and very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean.
Pros: Good location to a lot of sites within walking distance. Price for valet parking was reasonable for a large city.Front desk was most accommodating.
Cons:

Enjoyable and would definitely do...
Pros: It was a beautiful and quiet room. Staff was wonderful. Parking made the stay somewhat inconsciente because it was valet, having to unload on a busy street. The valet attendants were helpful though. I didn’t realize my room rate would have been less because I was staying there to go to Cleveland Clinic. I didn’t know that when I booked with Booking .com
Cons: Unloading on the busy street was stressful, but the valet attendant was helpful.
