AAA Inspector Notes
Built in 1890, this hotel's four-story atrium is a Victorian marvel of architecture, with scrolling iron railings, mosaic tile floors and a massive glass ceiling. The hotel occupies the top three floors of the Arcade and the two attached 10-story towers. Guest rooms are thoroughly modern and stylish, although they retain a few vintage details, like mail slots in the doors of rooms overlooking the atrium. Smoke free premises. 293 units. 9 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Pros: The hotel was absolutely beautiful, especially being decorated for Christmas. The room was very spacious, clean and modern. We would definitely stay there again.
Cons: The only minor complaint was the inconvenience of having to use the card in the elevator, our card did not always work.

Pros: It was close to where we were going. It was very clean. Mattress was nice.
Cons: Parking was very expensive. The normal price for this hotel was $--- per night definitely not worth it. It was probably worth the $--- we paid.

Pros: Updated room when they could not find our reservation.
Cons: It was not necessarily the hotel, but they did not have record of our reservation when we arrived. They did honor the price and room, but it was very concerning not to have our reservation in their system. We were very lucky that the hotel was not booked.
