Traveling as Couple
Pros: It was very clean abd the staff were very friendly.
Pros: Staff was very cheery, quick response and generally excellent. Good people. Bad management .That's it.
Cons: Booking deceived us. Please fire them. Didn't say the Hotel was under construction and the club level I booked and business center was closed. On arrival when I raised that it was oh well -no comp nothing. Even tried to charge for internet. Room sub par Holiday Inn .We stay in great hotels often including Ritz elsewhere and fine places throughout world. "Standard room? For a Ritz? Bad deal. Furniture and room size a joke.Mixing value didn't work had to go to cold just to get shower-mildly burned a couple of times. You don't know how to treat people you disappoint. Other hotels do. This place isn't a Renaissance or Omni or even a Hutton for that matter.

Pros: The bedding in the room was super comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The room was clean!
Cons: it's under construction so it is a little choppy, lobby small and don't like going to the 6th floor and then another elevator to get to your main floor
Pros: Thank you for accommodating all of our wedding vendors, bridal party, and family members who came and went as we prepared for our wedding in our 14th floor suite! Byron at the front reception and Alice and Murphy at the club lounge went above and beyond to help us feel relaxed and cared for (and fed!) before and after our big day. And finally, if there was one thing that made the Ritz-Cleveland the best decision of our wedding - i realized I had forgotten my veil in my room 30 min before the ceremony was to start, at a church 40 min away... and the Ritz staff sent a driver with it straightaway. She wouldn't even accept a tip. Thank you Ritz Carlton for saving my wedding day!

Pros: From the moment I got out of the cab when arriving to the moment I leftin a cab, I couldn't have imagined being treated any better. Alwayshad a friendly face, everyone greeted with kindness every time I sawthem, regardless if we needed help or just passed them in the hall. Wehad turn down service every night and was left chocolates on the pillow.A nice maid named Keira noticed my mom was reading and left a littlenote on how she thought she'd enjoy her book more with a nicebookmark she left for her to use. Just super considerate and kind staff.I will definitely stay here again.
Cons: The only negative I can think of, which could be slightly nit picky, isthe hours of the restaurant are short. For people who arrive late due toform of travel, it'd be nice to have an easy place to eat. I thinkanother option would be based on arrival of the guest, the staff couldadvise of the hours of the restaurant so the guests will know to eatbefore they arrive.
