Pros: The design of the room was beautiful and it was an easy walk to the Arena.
Cons: When we checked in the desk attendant did not place a deposit on my room for incidentals. We ordered room service before going out for the evening and charged the meal to our room. Upon our return at midnight, we found that we were locked out of our room. There was not an attendant on duty. I had to go to a hotel next door for assistance, which was a nightmare. I was 1 of 20 people needing assistance and the people behind the desk appeared clueless. Once I paid for my dinner they activated my access card again, but still did not scan my card for incidentals, we again at breakfast had to go downstairs to pay. We found a notice INSIDE our room, upon our reentry, that we needed to go downstairs and have the attendant scan our card for a room deposit. A lot of good that did us. We were locked out of the room. We had 2 cell phone numbers on file at the front desk. A courtesy call would have been nice.
